-How long will orders take to process/ship?

Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to process. After your order has finished processing, shipping will take 3-5 business days.
-What kind of hair am I investing in?
You have to option to choose between units constructed with Human Hair or a unit constructed with Premium Synthetic Fibers.
-How long will my HatWig last?
Please keep in mind that your HatWig are not for everyday wear, but with proper care your HatWig can last years. A care/maintenance card will be included in your order.
-How can I track my order?
Once your order has processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order through USPS.
-Is my HatWig Windproof?
Yes, your HatWig is windproof, meaning that it will not come off or reveal your natural hair during windy weather.
-Is my HatWig Waterproof?
Unfortunately, your HatWig are not waterproof. I highly recommend
not getting the hat or where the wefts are bonded wet. Proper wash and care instructions are included in your package.
-Will my HatWig have full/nape coverage?
Yes, your HatWig is constructed specifically for nape coverage. You can split the hair down the middle at your nape without the back of your hair being exposed, full head coverage.
